Process: Approach and Methodology for Affiliates

Our affiliates adopt a "project management" methodology consisting of the following activities:

  • Presentation of services.
  • Full review of unplanned absenteeism for the previous 12 month period.
  • Provision of an Absenteeism Management Report (AMR™).
  • Executive summary covering the AMR™.
  • Proposal detailing timing and costs.
  • Project plan.
  • Acceptance and commencement of implementation.
  • Regular reporting and feedback meetings including a project status report, progress versus targets and identification of problem areas and recommendations.
  • Implementation of services related to Health Management.
  • Handover of software. The three options available to the company are:

    1. CAM Solutions acting as a bureau
    2. The company purchases the software on a "standalone" basis
    3. Access to the software is provided via the internet.
